Mountain Creek Terrain- Park Pass

In order to ride either of the South lifts that access the Terrain Park, you must pass our Park Pass Quiz.  Please answer all 10 of the questions below.  When you submit your quiz for scoring you’ll see your results and which questions, if any, you need to review.  Good luck and good shredding!

I have successfully completed the online quiz to qualify for my Mountain Creek Park Pass. I understand that these codes of conduct are in place for everyone’s safety and protection, and any Breach of Your Responsibility Code or the Terrain Park Rules and Regulations may result in suspension from Mountain Creek Resort for the season.

WARNINGS: Freestyle Terrain may contain jumps, hits, ramps, banks, fun boxes, jibs, rails, half pipes, quarter pipes, snowcross, bump terrain and other constructed or natural terrain features. PRIOR to using Freestyle Terrain you are responsible for familiarizing yourself with Freestyle Terrain and obeying all instructions, warnings and signs. Freestyle skills require maintaining control on the ground, and in the air. Use of Freestyle Terrain EXPOSES YOU TO THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. Inverted aerials are not recommended. YOU ASSUME THE RISK.

Any and all claims or disputes involving skier/boarder and the ski area operator shall be brought in the State or Federal Courts of New Jersey and venue in the state court shall be exclusively in SUSSEX COUNTY.

By Accepting and using this ticket/pass, I authorize Mountain Creek, to record and reproduce my image and/or performance for the use in company promotional materials including commercials, travel videos, brochures and any other related materials. Additionally, I agree that Mountain Creek shall have the right to distribute the promotional materials to any and all television, video outlets, publishers and/or printers in the universe, and that Mountain Creek shall be the sole owner of any/all such materials.
